SMS Registration Process

Overview

When you register for zinng.ai, the first step in the onboarding process is completing SMS registration. This is required to meet US-based regulatory compliance rules so that Zinng can send SMS messages on your organization's behalf.

Getting Started

You can begin SMS registration by:

• Clicking the link in the onboarding widget (coming soon)
• Going directly to the SMS registration section in the Zinng platform

Step 1: Create New Brand

Click on "Create New Brand" and enter the following business information:

Company Information

• Legal Company Name: Your official business name
• Country of Tax Registration: US (pre-populated - only US organizations are currently supported)
• Tax ID: Your business tax identification number
• Legal Form of Organization: Select from:
  • Private Profit (most common)
  • Public Profit
  • Non-profit
  • Government

Contact Information

• Brand Verification Email: Your email address for registering authorities to contact you
• Support Email: Customer support email address
• Support Phone Number: Customer support phone number

Business Address

• Physical Business Address
