Navigate to Reports in the main Eaglesoft dashboard.
Select Appointments and then click Process.
Select the provider and then the date range you want.
Then click on Preview Report and you will be brought to the Eaglesoft Report Viewer. Right-click anywhere on the report and then choose "Save Data As".
Be sure to select "Save as type as Microsoft Excel file" then choose an appropriate file name and save it to a location you can access like your desktop or the downloads folder.
